Diagnostic Rate — $50
Standard rate for traveling to your home or office and diagnosing a problem. If diagnosis takes more than one hour then standard labor rates apply. If service is performed then this item will be waived.

Hourly Service — $75
Standard per-hour charge for all on-site services.
Note: Most, but not all types of repair can be done on-site. Some more involved repairs will need to come into the shop.
