Hardware Replacement (minor or major part)
Replacement or upgrade of existing component either for upgrade or to replace defective minor part. (optical drive, floppy drive, extra hard drive, video card, sound card, networking card, etc…) or major part (Motherboard, power supply, case, etc…) I can also test the part in your machine to make sure it’s not defective. -
Data Backup
Did your system go down and take all your family photos or work documents with it? Many times I am able to get your data back even if the system isn’t working. This is also often a good idea before an operating system reinstall. -
Computer Cleaning
Due to the amount of air that a modern computer system pushes through to cool itself dust and mold accumulate very quickly. Aside from the obvious health risks, this dust buildup causes a plethora of problems including overheating, excessive fan-wear, and short-circuits which can damage the sensitive components that make up your computer system. Having your system cleaned regularly is the best form of preventative maintenance against hardware failure. I recommend having your computer cleaned every 6-12 months. -

Sometimes Windows operating systems get cluttered up and it’s easier to just start over with a clean slate. This service includes fresh installation of your operating system, drivers, and functionality testing. Additional software installation goes at the hourly rate. You must own or purchase a legitimate operating system with valid key. I will not install illegal or counterfeit software. No matter how much you beg me.
