This is a great tool to solve software issues and since I don’t have to travel, I can pass the savings on to you. This service will now be available for $35 $20 per half-hour. This is less than half the price of the normal hourly charge for on-site service! Remote assistance is perfect if you need help with Windows configuration, driver installation, virus removal, application configuration/usage,  hard-drive cleanup, and just about anything that doesn’t require physical access to the computer!
